Therapy Bags: Proudly Philippine Made.

If there is one thing I try to teach my students, both young and old, it is valuing what is Philippine made. I have to admit it often times is difficult to promote and support this, especially because many of our local products have poor quality control (especially those that are not exported). Aside from that, sometimes local products are even more expensive than its foreign counterparts. However, on occasion, I come across one or two of these products that prove me wrong.

Having recently bought a Nikon D40, I was in search of a kikay bag to hold my new baby in Coincidentally, my cousin posted a link to Therapy Bags’ online store where really nice and colorful camera bags are being sold. Therapy Bags also sells really cute and functional laptop bags and handbags. I cannot vouch for the quality of those bags but so far, I am pleased with my purple camera bag. I am glad that the descriptions Roechelle placed in her online store are quite accurate, unlike other sites which tend to exaggerate the qualities of their products. The padding of the bag is quite thick and is actually better than the quality of the free bag that came with the kit I got. I’m not so sure about the waterproof claim, though, as I have not ventured getting it wet yet!

The best thing about this product is that it is proudly Philippine made. Yup, Philippine made. Plus it’s relatively affordable The camera bag costs Php 700.00, plus a minimal shipping fee.
